I am aware of your knowledge of me, and I felt I should tell you. Why? Because there is nothing you can do to stop me! Mwahahahaha! I am coming after your computer, and then I am coming after you!
"Quite menacing." Aleck almost smiled as he snuck in after lunch, "but also quite foolish."
"Why?" I asked.
"Because Tad stepped right in front of the window while I was standing watch on your room."
"So it is Tad." Jeremy nodded.
"Indeed," Aleck nodded, "but that doesn't help me narrow down what he wants"
"You don't look too good." Jeremy stared at me.
"He is worried about the 'after you' part." Aleck noted.
"A little." I admitted.
"It'd be nice if you escaped from here. There are too many harms" Jeremy suggested.
"Can't do that." I shook my head, "there are major disadvantages to going...err, we'd lose too much by me going."
"That is true. We need to find out who is behind it."
"Even if it means risking Ben's life?"
"Preferably not. It'd be best if we could convince him that Ben's not here." He looked at Jeremy, "which is where you'll come in. We'll make him think Ben's leaving because he's scared. But we'll have you go instead."
"I understand." Jeremy nodded and looked at me, "you should try to look really scared so he suspects you're scared."
"No reason to do that," Aleck observed, "he already does look scared."
