I've been doing some snooping, and here's the layout. The guards (red dots) are there practically 24/7. The arrows represent movement. The green dot is where Oleck and his father are, and the four grey rectangles are buildings where the soldiers and the two antagonists eat and sleep. As you can see, the back is considerably well guarded, and the soldiers on the side are prepared at a moment's notice to close up the entire fort like a net. There is really no way in except the front, which requires taking down 5 guards at least. And I, with only 4 days, can think of no way to do it.
