Escaping trouble, and possible causing it

OK, so, to sum up what we're trying to do, and what we're doing...

Aleck, VD12, and I are driving toward Beijing, staying away from police, and attempting to stop a bomb from exploding that's set to go off on the 26th; Thanksgiving. How? Well, the details get more complicated...

I have to try to clear Vander's name so he can go to the authorities for help. Which is nearly impossible, since I have no idea how to do that.

And Aleck is trying to find a way to contact other secret agents, though he's not sure how they can help.

But still, there's not much you can do against somebody who can travel through time. Travel through time? Oh yes, Aleck and VD12 both deducted that no modern nuclear bomb could have caused anything to exceeded the speed of light. Hence, somebody from the future did this. They're both sure it's Bob Simmons, with the machine he stole from Einstein, but regardless, we're in big trouble. So we need to level the playing grounds. Basically, we need to get the mad scientist out of old Europe, but Vanderdecken can't think of a way to do that.

And all the while, we're only 16 days away from a nuclear explosions that will wipe Beijing off the map. I may be good at computers, but I'm still just a kid. And if anything, living in a world of programming and simulating and testing and gaming doesn't necessarily prove you're going to be good in the real world, if you know what I mean. Especially after what happened with being kidnapped and all. I'm just not sure I'm ready for all this.
