6:00 PM

At 4:31, we received a tip from Einstein saying that the bomb was in the "dining hall" of that building. Three minutes later, I had only one more combination left to try, and was watching a security camera of something bad. Bob had set a trap, placing four Chinese-speaking-only police men who were specifically told to watch out for us. Aleck and the others, of course, refused to attack the innocent men. "Ben, I need to be innocent...now." Vander said over his radio.
"I'm in!" I cried as the last combination broke. A series of Chinese symbols flashed onto the screen, and then some English words, "You have just fallen into a Chinese Puzzle Box. Full of tricks. Full of possibilities. And, as you just experienced, full of dead ends. Never try to hack into the Chinese government again, or you shall pay." And then instantly, over a hundred viruses broke through my number 2 firewall, trying to take over my computer.
"Vander!" I called out. "It was a dead end! The entire loophole was a fake!"
"You need to find another way."
"There is no other way. Augh, I should've known."
"There's nothing you can do?"
"Absolutely nothing."
"Then say bye, Beijing..."
I started to wish him luck, but realized he couldn't hear me. The viruses had broken off my microphone but the main firewall had stopped them after that. I watched, completely helpless, as the 6 men inside wasted time could have saved, carefully disarming the policemen. Then Aleck placed a charge on the door to the dining hall. He, with two of his agents on either side of him, forming a V, swiftly detonated the blast and charged into the room, "Nobody move!" he yelled to a crowd full of people eating an early dinner. They ran steadily through the room, until Aleck located the bomb. He picked it up and turned to Vanderdecken, "there's no way I can get to an airport in time. Oleck grabbed the bomb in desperation, and asked, "is it clear out there?"
Vander peaked outside the door, "no, there's about twenty guards.
Aleck turned to him, "diversion?"
I couldn't see him from the angle, but I could tell he was grinning, "absolutely."
And with that, he came out, running like a maniac toward a side exit, getting shot numerous times. But of course, to no effect. Then Oleck came out the other side and hopped into my vehicle. He started the engine, holding the bomb in his lap.
"What are you doing?" I asked nervously.
"Saving Beijing. Little do you know, this particular type of anti-matter bomb slowly defuses in water. Luckily, this people park has some." And then he started driving right into the People's Park, I sitting in the backseat, wondering if he'd gone mad. I nearly confirmed the fact when he didn't even slow down for a Yoga Class to get out of the way, and then pulled over in front of a map as if he were at a drive through. Then he sped on, knocking over small trees as he went, until he set his sights on a small lake, "Gather anything you wish to keep and prepare to exit." he looked back at me, "remember what I said yesterday". I threw out my laptop, and then jumped out. Then he got to sixty miles per hour and drove right into the water. The vehicle quickly sank into the lake, and then disappeared. I watched as the water bubbled, more and more, until it stopped bubbling, and then...Boom, a small, fire-less blast, and the complete evaporation of every drop of water in the little lake, with the car, as well as everything in it, completely gone.
Ludwig materialized next to me, "he never got out?"
"No,"
"Darn time machine, if mine hadn't run out of juice, I could've done something to save-," he paused, realizing that I was telling myself the same thing, "it wasn't your fault." he assured me, "there's nothing you could've done."
"There's no science behind that idea." I knew he was lying.
He sighed, "we have to go now."
"But what about Oleck?" I asked.
He looked into the empty lake, "not much we can do for him. Right now we have to get away from the police, who are sure to come. And we've got to follow Aleck and Vanderdecken. They're chasing Bob."
"Who I could've helped catch." I refused to move.
"We have to go." he urged me.
"WHAT ABOUT OLECK?" I asked.
"Oleck is dead!" Ludwig replied, "and he died saving all of Beijing."
"But he shouldn't have! He was too good a person. It isn't fair"
"Life's not fair." he shrugged, "but we need to go."
I went into a bit of a shock, and followed him.

And so that is how, with absolutely no help from me, VD12, Aleck, Ludwig Einstein, and especially Oleck stopped Beijing's destruction. We went up into the hotel, and saw Oleck's pocketwatch standing on the table, "The only thing that could've saved him." Ludwig sighed, "he's in a better place now."
I was shivering from shock still, "he couldn't just die!" I shouted.
Einstein nodded sadly, and then put his hand on my shoulder, "Let's take you home."
